1、 设计总说明设计总说明 本次毕业设计的题目是某广场 2#高层住宅楼建筑工程计价文件编制设计，运用 EXCEL 及广联达算量软件还有清单工程量计算规则，计算某广场 2#高层住宅楼建筑工程 的清单工程量，运用广联达计价软件编制分部分项工程量清单；编制措施项目清单和其 他项目清单；完成某广场 2#高层住宅楼建筑工程投标报价；编写报价设计分析；按设计 任务书的要求，编制毕业设计文件。 本设计主要分成三大部分， 首先是招标工程量清单设计， 然后是投标报价文件设计， 最后是工程量清单计价分析。第一部分设计主要由工程量清单文件组成，第二部分设计 主要由投标文件组成，第三部分设计主要对工程量清单计价分析，叙述
