1、 I 摘摘 要要 塑料工业是当今世界上增长最快的工业门类之一,而注塑模具是其中发展较快的种 类,因此,研究注塑模具对了解塑料产品的生产过程和提高产品质量有很大意义。 本文首先讲述了塑料模具工业的发展现状。系统分析了直角弯头模具的结构特点及 塑件的几何结构与性能要求,介绍了该塑料注塑模具的结构、工作过程及制造特点,讲 述了斜导柱抽芯结构的设计要点。注射模的浇注系统一般分为普通流道浇注系统和无流 道浇注系统两大类。此次设计采用普通流道浇注系统,它的布局和尺寸决定了熔融塑料 在充模过程中经过浇注系统时的注射压力损失和热损失的大小。本文针对 RPVC 原材 料,设计了正确的浇口形状及合理的流线型通道,
