2、谐波) 、电压波 动、闪变、三相不平衡、非对称性,使得电网电能质量的严重降低。同时,基于计算机, 微处理器控制的精密电子仪器在国民经济企业中大量使用,对供电质量的敏感程度越来 越高,对电能质量提出了更高的要求,从而使电能质量问题及其解决措施逐渐成为研究 的热点。要对电网的电能质量进行改善,首先要对电能质量做出精确的检测和分析,测 量电网的电能质量水平,并分析和判断造成各种电能质量问题的原因,为电能质量的改 善提供依据。电能质量问题日益突出,电能质量的监测方式主要为在线监测,对电能质 量的全天候、全方位准确的实时监测。在准确、快速地检测和分析电能质量的基础上, 提出了合理有效的治理措施,对有效提
