1、I 摘 要 本设计为 10 层综合办公楼, 拟建于大庆市区,总建筑面积 11596m2,总高度 33.6 m, 底部层高 3.9 m,标准层高 3.3 m。主体采用框架结构体系,基础采用桩基础。度抗 震设防,二类场地。 本设计的内容包括建筑设计和结构设计两部分。 建筑设计阶段根据房屋的使用功能及建筑设计的要求,进行了建筑平面,立面剖 面及防火疏散设计。 结构设计阶段进行了结构平面布置、估算截面尺寸、荷载计算、侧移验算、内力 计算、 内力组合及构件设计等工作, 水平地震作用下, 框架采用底部剪力法进行计算。 竖向荷载作用下框架内力采用二次分配法。基础采用桩基础。并完成了结构设计说明 及标准层结构

5、ing, side movable checking, strength calculating, strength making up and compon ent design and so on Moreover, I also complete the specification of structure, its assignme nt, its steel assignment, stair, canopy, and infrastructure construction drawing. And its base adopts the form of reinforced con
6、crete foundation of stake. Under horizontal earthquake ef fect, this frame system adopts shear strength calculation of the end. And under vertical load effect, strength calculating adopts the second time division approach.
