1、 I 摘 要 本毕业设计是根据辽宁工业大学土木建筑工程学院土木工程专业毕业设计任 务书的要求进行的,包括建筑设计、结构设计、施工组织设计三部分内容。 本毕业设计名称为锦州市某公司办公楼, 楼长 59.03m, 宽 34.40m, 高 27.75m, 建筑面积约 9500m2,共 8 层。 此建筑采用现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构,安全等级为二级,耐火等级为二级, 设防烈度为 7 度。由于该建筑物长度的影响,在建筑物中设有一处伸缩缝。整个 办公楼设置两部楼梯,满足疏散和防火要求。 基础均采用柱下独立基础,地基承载力特征值为 240kN/,地下水位离地面 为 2.0m,冻土深度为-1.20m,基础埋深-1

With safety classes of two, fire-proof classes of two, and earthquake fortification intensity is seven. There is one expansion joints in the building due to the length of the building. The characteristic value of subgrade bearing capability is 240kN/m2, the underground water is 2.0m, under the ground the frozen soil is 1.20m deep, and the bottom of the foundation i
6、s 1.9m under the ground. The design of construction is done by careful analysis of all features of this building. In the process of the design, this programme is finally adopted after appraising and selecting a number of programmes. A series of procedures are carried out, such as the calculation of the structure by hand, by calculators, construction design.
