1、 第 I 页 转速、电流双闭环直流调速系统毕业设计 设计总说明 在工业生产中,需要高性能速度控制的电力拖动场合, 直流调速系统, 特别 是双闭环直流调速系统发挥着极为重要的作用。转速、电流双闭环调速系统是 20世纪60年代在国外出现的一种新型调速系统。70年代以来, 在我国的冶金、 机械、制造以及印染工业等领域得到日益广泛的应用。双闭环调速系统是由单 闭环自动调速系统发展而来的。它通过转速和电流两个调节器分别引入转速负 反馈和电流负反馈,并构成双闭环系统。从而有效的改善电机性能,使电机特 性曲线变硬,以满足复杂环境下对电机性能的要求。 本设计主要采用三相全控桥式整流电路对直流电机供电,并通过工

Since the 70s, in domains and so on our countrys metallurgy, machinery, manufacture as well as printing industry has obtained day by day the widespread application. The double closed loop velocity modulation system is comes by the single closed loop automa

It introduces the rotational speed negative feedback and the electric current negative feedback separately through the rotational speed and the electric current two regulators, and constructs the doubling closed-loop system. Thus the effective improvement
6、electrical machinery performance, causes the electrical machinery characteristic curve to stiffen, satisfies under the complex environment to the electrical machinery performance request. This design mainly uses three-phase all controls the bridge-type leveling circuit to the direct current machine power supply, and carries on the computation through the engineering design law to the RPM control and the current regulator related parameter to achieve to the rotational speed electric curre
