1、 I 摘 要 当今激烈的市场竞争迫使制造企业为求得生存和发展必须对多变的市场需求做出 敏捷响应,不断地调整产品的设计和研发模式,并能快速的开发出新产品。而我国传统 工程机械行业却由于新产品开发周期长、成本高,缺乏市场竞争力。虚拟样机技术的逐 渐成熟为实现产品的快速开发,提高我国工程机械产品设计水平和市场竞争力提供了强 有力的手段。本文将虚拟样机技术引入挖掘机设计开发领域,主要从以下几个方面进行 了研究:结合当前挖掘机反铲工作装置的现状,应用软件 ADAMS 进行建模,并进行动 力学分析;对工作装置的受力状况进行仿真,确定工作装置的铰点的受力状况和相应曲 线,得出的结果与实际的工作情况是相符的。
