2、术和计算机技术的迅猛发展, 使 PLC 从开关量的逻辑控制 扩展到数字控制及生产过程控制域,真正成为一种电子计算机工业控制装置, 故称为可编程控制器。 随着现代工业设备的自动化越来越多的工厂设备采用PLC, 变频器,人机界面自动化器件来控制,因此自动化程度越来越高。石油储运控制 系统使用了 PLC 控制,被控对象是油罐车和各种石油储存设备,属于自动循环 控制系统,该系统能安全、可靠运行的情况,实现计算机自动监控。 本次设计介绍了 FX2N PLC 控制石油储运自动化系统的基本步骤和方法,并 分析了石油储运自动化国内外发展的现状。基于于 PLC 的性能优越,兼具计算 机的功能完备,灵活性强,通用
3、性好和继电接触器控制简单易懂,维修方便等 双重优点,所以文中运用了 plc 作为中央控制器,并且结合了组态王软件,形 成了对复杂的石油储运系统的有效控制,不仅提高了工作效率,而且实现了储 运系统地完全自动化。 该控制系统,根据实际要求利用 PLC 的实时控制和顺序处理功能,完成系 统控制,在本次论文中给出了控制系统的梯形图及软件设计等。 关键词关键词:可编程序控制器 计算机技术 石油储运 Summary With the fast development of microelectronics and computer technology, the PLC logic control ext
