1、 1 脱硫装置稳定塔设计 摘 要 本次设计主要针对 120 万吨/年催化汽油加氢脱硫装置稳定塔。 加氢脱硫过程作为原油后续加工的一项重要的加工过程, 脱硫装置稳定塔设备显 得尤为重要。因此严格要求该塔体在各个载荷工况下的强度必须合格。 本设计前部分对塔的各个结构件进行分析介绍, 并且确定了该结构件的结构以及 受力状态,确保该结构件适用于该塔体。该塔采用的是浮阀塔塔盘,一共 25 块塔盘, 塔径为 1900/3000 mm,塔高为 33047mm。主要设计参数为:设计压力 1.3MPa,设计 温度 275 等。承受的载荷有内压、地震载荷、风载荷,由于存在变径段,因此该塔 需要对不同直径塔段及该塔
2、段的封头的厚度进行计算和校核, 同时设计计算该塔体的 裙座。 进而对塔体的地震载荷,风载荷等进行稳定性校核。在满足强度要求的同时,还 需校核塔体的裙座,地脚螺栓,塔体与裙座的焊接处的强度,确保整个塔体的强度合 格。 最后绘制了装配图和两张零部件图。 关键词:关键词:稳定塔,原油加工,厚度设计,强度校核 2 The Design of Desulfurization Stability Tower Abstract This design mainly aims at of the stability tower 1.2 million tons/year of catalytic gasoli
