2、中小企业融资模式的不同，归纳出科技型中小企业融资模式的三大特点。 并着重对周期性和政府导向性这两大特点进行深入研究与探索。通过企业生命周期各 阶段特点的研究与比较找出适合各阶段的融资模式。利用案例生动的剖析政府政策对 科技型中小企业成长的影响，倡导企业关注并积极互动，进而早日走出资金短缺的阴 霾。最后，从外部和企业内部两个方面提出改善融资难问题的对策与建议，力求为我 国科技型中小企业解决资金问题建言献策。 关键词：科技型中小企业 融资困境 融资模式 ABSTRACT Scientific and technological small and medium-sized enterprises
