2、阵法原理,对高速电主轴进行了模型简化,通过典型单 元的传递矩阵分析计算得出电主轴左右端面整体的传递矩阵。并且根据实际的 加工制造过程中,电主轴可能受到的影响因素,结合电机转子和电主轴的转子 电流与气隙磁场之间的相互作用产生的不可忽略的作用于电机转子的电磁转 矩,对典型单元的传递矩阵进行了修改,使得电主轴的传递矩阵更加精确。然 后利用修改后的电主轴整体传递矩阵对 6 000r/min 的电主轴进行了实例验证, 得出了电主轴的固有频率以及电主轴在固有频率下的响应曲线,最后对偏心状 态下的高速电主轴进行了机电动力学分析,从而更为准确的得出了高速电主轴 的静态特性,促进了对高速电主轴更加深入的学习和研

First of all, this article introduces the structure of the high-speed spindle, spindle analyzed in the rese

By understanding the impact of high-speed spindle for CNC machining and metal cutting technology, this artcle proposes new direction for high-speed spindles further research in the future development process.
