1、摘 要 液压传动技术虽然较为年轻,但几十年在中国有了充足的发 展,技术越来越成熟,其市场前景也让人惊叹。 本文主要研究设计节流调速回路设计及钻床动力滑台工作循 环的微机控制。 在参考大量资料之后主要研究了该组合机床系统的 运动循环, 并对该机床的液压系统方案的敲定作出了详细的论述分 析;然后对机床系统的负载分析做了详细的计算和验算;再对该机 床的液压缸、 液压油箱以及各类液压元件及其辅助元件作了充分的 计算、设计以及选取;本设计的主要特色在于所设计组合机床在液 压传动系统的支持下能在工件被夹紧后同时在两面对工件进行钻 孔,使机床的效率较传统同类机床有很大的提升,使之创造出更多 的价值。 立式动
