1、 第 页 电液执行器的设计 摘要 电液执行器是一种智能型机、电、液一体化动力装置,随着阀门技术的不断应用与 发展,电液执行器也得到了更广泛的应用。本课题所设计的是一种快关阀上应用的电液 执行器,很大程上减小了阀门的开关时间,使得阀门的完全开启和关闭的时间提高到了 0.2s。通过对国外电液执行器的借鉴,本课题对电液执行器的液压系统原理图及执行器 的执行机构进行了整体设计。 本文介绍了电液执行器的组成、 液压原理图及其控制机构。 设计的执行机构采用拨叉式机构,以其独特的扭矩曲线成为驱动大部分角行程阀最理想 的机械,为大口径阀门提供较大的开启扭矩。采用的液压系统则由各液压元件按逻辑原 理组成,通过电

The system realize the transformation of the power by the transformation of the electrical signals to control the actuator motion, driving valve opening and closing. Hydraulic system adopt the design of integration of built-in small oil cylinder , so there is no need of additional configuration large hydraulic station, so as to reduce the overall volume of the actuator.
