3、s Abstract At present, the international aluminum alloy profile extrusion technology is developing rapidly, the developed countries of the world have been equipped with a variety of forms, structures, different tonnage aluminum extrusion, aluminum profile extrusion is large and complex, sophisticate
4、d, more variety, more specifications, multi-purpose direction, extrusion industry becomes more continuous, automation and specialization. This design first introduces the extrusion process, parameters, formulation of rules, and then explains the characters of the tools and dies, the classified const
5、ruction, the work principle , method and steps of the extrusion tools and dies design, combined with CAD / CAM technology for extrusion die design. The programs of strength check are given at last. The design aims at size parameters of die and strength check calculation for 12MN extrusion machine. E
6、xtrusion tools contain the extrusion cylinder, extrusion rod and extrusion pad. Extrusion dies include single-hole die of producing XC321 and porthole die of producing XC040. There are many pictures and tables in the paper to explain the design in detail. Finally, according to the selected aluminum profiles we establish a reasonable process and p
