1、 开关磁阻电动机高性能控制系统的设计开关磁阻电动机高性能控制系统的设计 摘 要 开关磁阻电动机(简称 SRM 或 SR 电机)具有结构简单、成本低、控制灵活等特点, 由其构成的调速系统(简称 SRD)具有交、直流调速所没有的优点,正在显示出强大的市 场竞争力。 本设计以 0.75KW 四相(8/6 极)开关磁阻电动机控制系统的高性能控制策略及 其系统为主题展开了理论研究和应用。 开关磁阻电动机的最重要的缺点就是转矩脉动,它直接影响着驱动系统的输出性 能。本设计介绍了能够消除 SRM 的转矩脉动,提高 SRD 性能的几种新型控制策略,即 SRM 的直接转矩控制并进行了仿真。 研究了能够消除转矩脉
2、动, 提高 SR 在位置控制中 定位精度的微步控制。基于开关磁阻电动机的线性模型,推导出其矩角特性,根据转矩 星型图对换相时的相绕阻电流进行控制,用换相区代替换相点使各相电流为阶梯波,从 而在空间得到多个派生转矩矢量,使电机的步进角减小,增加了转矩得平滑性,从而减 小了转矩脉动研究表明,采用微步控制后,可有效地减小电流波动。为了验证系统的可 行性,本文利用 MATLAB6.0 中的动态仿真工具 SIMULINK 对系统的动静态性能进行 了仿真分析。仿真和实验结果基本一致,证明了该系统的可行性,系统具有良好的速度 和位置控制能力,有着广阔的发展前景。 关键词:开关磁阻电动机;微步控制;直接转矩控
