1、 1 摘要 本次设计为宁夏某食品厂锅炉房工艺设计,根据各种资料,选择两台 SHL10-2.45-W 型锅炉,扩建后为三台。 本次设计设置的分气缸的型号为 DN=400mm,L=2566mm,选择一台800 的排污扩容器,除氧方式采用海绵铁除氧,海绵铁除氧器的型号为 BTCY-30 型。H+换器与钠离子交换器的型号均为1500,各设置两台,一台工作一台再 生,采用氢-钠离子交换器串联的方式设置,取样冷却器的型号为254,消声器 的型号为 F5-B。 同时,由于本地区冬季室外温度过低,不宜设置沉渣池,因此本设计采用干 式除尘和机械出渣,其中除尘方面,每台锅炉机组设置 1 台盐城欣意晟环保有 限公司
2、的气箱脉冲袋式除尘器,其型号为 XQM64-5。脱硫方式采用脱硫塔,每 台锅炉布置 1 台荣剑环境有限公司的型号为 XL 旋流式水膜脱硫塔,并且设置 有长 2m宽 3m 深 5m的脱硫循环池,配备 2 台循环水泵一用一备,以及一台渣 浆泵,用于除去由脱硫塔捕捉到的烟气灰尘所产生的沉淀。脱硫系统是利用控 制柜的检测和控制的功能来对加药量进行控制的。每个气箱脉冲袋式除尘器都 设置有星型卸灰阀和湿式螺旋输灰机,通过输灰机将灰运至室外,并最终运走。 本设计采用二级皮带和多斗提升机的方式来运煤,通过机械方式进行除渣, 运煤系统包括一级皮带、格子板、槽式给料机、电磁分离器、电磁振动给煤机、 破碎机、多斗提
