Facilities planning and optimization.First we analyze the current situation of the facilities layout.And then we find the followi
5、ng questions:(1)unreasonable pipeline set;(2)the rate of warehouse facilities area utilization is low;(3)the finished goods warehouse is far away from the production plant;(4)warehouse layout do not consider the co-management.Based on the above problem,we use SLP method to analysis the relationship
6、of logistics and operation unit ,and then we attain the operation unit location map through the analysis of the comprehensive relationship between operation units. Through analysis of the original and improved program , we conclude that the handling total improve 1166.7962kg.m、 more reasonable management、improved facility utilization.
