3、Module Abstract As the rapid development of science technology and popularization of computers, E-procurement is an inevitable trend of government procurement, this paper describes how to design a government online procurement system, I will give a detailed introduction of the basic processes of the

First I introduce the preliminary investigation of system, then discuss the system design objectives and design, detailed discussion of the design and implementation, system testing and finally a conclusion.
