1、 I 0.9x3m 中心传动球磨机回转部分设计 摘 要 球磨机在建材行业应用广泛，是目前工业上广泛使用的细磨机械。磨机能粉 末各种硬度的物料，在矿场和发电厂均有应用。球磨机不但在建材工业中广泛应 用，而且在冶金、选矿、化工、电力等工业中也广泛采用. 本次设计为0.9x3m 中心传动球磨机，主要完成回转部分的任务，首先，这 次磨机的隔仓板为提升双层隔仓板， 提升式双层隔仓板有强制物料流过的功能， 即通过的物料是不受相邻两仓物料水平面的限制，甚至前仓的物料面比后仓物料 面尚低的情况下仍可通过物料，可以控制其前后两白的适宜的“料球比” （该仓研 磨体质量与仓内存料质量之比） 。因此，它适合安装在干法
