1、 摘 要 移相器是种能够对波的相位进行调整的一种装置。 基于目前的相关领域的各种研 究方法,一般会有操作繁琐或是精度不高的缺点,还会有的光学系统复杂不易理解等 原因。针对不同方法的优缺点,设计一个具有简单的光学系统的偏振移相装置。研究 一种偏振移相干涉仪,利用光的偏振和干涉原理,辅以一套偏振延迟系统,形成干涉 条纹。由移相器对光相位的改变,进而对得到的干涉条纹位置发生变化的现象进行研 究。 本文针对研究目的进行光路设计,形成一套完整的光路系统。 本课题中使用的偏 振移相器由/4波片与偏振片的组合,用于正交偏振双光束干涉结构中产生相位调 制。即通过旋转偏振片产生所需相移量,实现通过转动偏振片,达
2、到移相、干涉条纹 移动的目的。对干涉进行仿真,通过对干涉条纹移动量的研究,得到条纹移动量与偏 振片转动角之间的关系。再运用傅里叶变换的方法对所设计的移相器进行标定, 从而 能够对移相器相位移进行精确标定。 该光路系统实现了偏振移相器相振移相器移特性 标定,能过准确计算出通过旋转偏振片时干涉条纹的平移量。已达到偏振移相器相移 特性标定装置设计与算法研究实验设计的目的。 关键字:偏振移相器;干涉条纹;相移量;标定 Abstract Phase shifter is a kind of device for adjusting the phase of the wave. Polarization of the phase shifter used in this subject is made using 4combinations of wave plate and the polarizing film, used in the orthog
6、onal polarization double-beam interference structure produce phase modulation. By rotating polaroid produce the amount of phase shift is required, by turning polaroid, achieve the goal of phase shifting and interference fringe to move. Interference for simulation, based on the research of the amount of interference fringes move, get stripe movement with polaroid relations between the Angle of rotation. Again by using the Fourier transform method to design the phase shifter calibration, enabli
