2、的角度出发，采用面向对象的开发方法，以 SQL Server 2000 为数据库开发 平台，利用 IIS 作为 Web 服务器，Dreamweaver 作为代码优化以及页面布局工具，利 用文件管理技术加快网站访问速度。主要实现了文章发布、显示、模板替换功能以 及对文章内容，模板样式，文章栏目的管理。 精品课程网站把传统课堂教学法与现代教育技术相结合，与多媒体仿真教学相 结合，构成了立体的教学资源网络，既有利于学生掌握基本的理论知识，又使教学 具有系统性、生动性和自我完善性的特点。有助于学生获取更多与课程相关的知识， 同时有利于教师根据精品课程网站发布的内容及时更新改进教学方案，提高教学质 量。
