2、理采用人 工方式，记录量大，易出错。人事管理系统就是用电脑代替大量的人工记录，完 成众多信息的处理，方便、准确度高，且可以长期保存。人事管理系统，为个人 提供资料查询服务，为企业提供工员分工等服务。旧式的用纸介材料来记录的人 工管理方式已不合适现代企业公司的发展了，实现人事管理的系统化、规范化、 自动化，将成为现代公司管理人员的首选。本系统基本上能满足现代企业人事管 理的需求，人事管理系统中使用各种表格，保存相关的人员信息，方便查询、浏 览、修改等操作。工资管理系统的前提是一定要有员工的在职作为基础，在使用 的时候一定要保证员工在职的人事信息数据库。 本系统是综合人事管理系统。企业人事管理系统
