2、.6 滚刷的设计 21 5 结结 论论 . 22 参考文献参考文献 . 23 致致 谢谢 . 24 I 走廊清扫机的设计 摘 要 本文所设计的是用于清扫走廊的走廊清扫机,该清扫机的动力采用直流电机对电动机进行供能, 通过带传动和齿轮传动将运动传给两侧的盘形刷, 使其分别作顺时针和逆时针转动, 将两侧的垃圾扫到 中间,传给中间的滚刷,再由滚刷将垃圾扫入垃圾箱内实现清扫功能。本次设计的走廊清扫机可以对走 廊的狭小的空间进行清扫,清扫效率高,清扫面积大,能够达到每小时清扫面积不小于600平方米,垃 圾箱容量也很大,不低于20升,可靠性很强,清扫效果好。 本次设计中,对清扫机的结构进行较详尽的设计,包
