2、国有 资产信息已经成为各大职能部门管理工作面临的一个新课题。 为了加强国有资产 管理,促进国有资产优化配置,确保国有资产的有效利用,本文针对国有资产管理 在实际工作中的特征,综合考虑国有资产管理工作的特点,将国有资产管理系统和 实际工作相结合提出了国有资产管理系统的框架模型,并以此模型为基础,设计了 国有资产管理系统综合信息平台。 目前,我国各地市都会有几百家行政事业单位, 且地理位置十分分散,各单位网络状况都各不相同, 根据我国网络的特点的特点， 采用 B/S 的方式较为合理。 本文首先阐述了本研究与开发国有资产管理系统的背景、目的和意义；根据 实际地的查研究，分析了系统所需要的处理的信息、
