3、此方 法制备的固体酒精性能良好、储存稳定、无液体渗出、燃烧时不流淌、燃烧时间 长、燃烧值低、无烟、残渣少、无污染，呈蓝色的晶体。该产品的发展趋势将逐 渐成为蜂窝煤、液化气等燃料的理想替代产品，有很好的市场潜力。所以研究固 体酒精对我们的经济发展、生活质量提高、医疗应用方面都具有不可估量的现实 意义。 关键词关键词: :固体酒精；方法；高分子聚合物；凝胶；性能影响 The research on the production technology of solid alcohol Abstract: With the development of science and technology,
4、solid alcohol was widely used in chemical, food, medical, military and other departments. In this paper, indust- Rial spirit, stearic acid and sodium hydroxide were mixed to be colloidal sol. At the same time, Polyethylene pyrrole and vitriolic were added to colloidal sol in order to improve melting
5、 process and Nitric acid copper also was added to it so as to improve color of the product. The solid alcohol is a blue crystals, which is good performance, stable storage, no liquid exudates, burns without flow, long combustion time, low c- ombustion values, smokeless, non-pollution, less residue.
6、The development tendency of the product gradually was taking the place of the fuel such as honeycomb briquette, liquefied gas and so on. Besides, the product has good market potential. Thus, the re- search on solid alcohol has immeasurably actual significance in aspects of economic development, rising living standards and healthcare applications.
