1、1 430m 先简支后连续梁桥施工图设计 摘 要 本次毕业设计课题是 430 米先简支后连续梁桥施工图设计。为了计算结果的准确 与方便,本课题采用桥梁博士软件进行结构计算,桥梁博士为我们提供了便捷的计算过 程,准确的计算结果提高了工作效率。运用桥梁博士软件进行结构计算,计算过程大致 如下。 首先,参照公路桥涵设计通用规范(JTG D60-2004),拟定方案设计尺寸,主 要包括上部结构、下部结构以及附属结构尺寸。其次,据施工工艺,建立模型划分结构 单元。本课题结构采用悬臂施工法,从施工工艺角度离散结构划分单元,支座及变截面 处必须为单元节点。把拟定好的结构尺寸输入桥梁博士软件中,其中的细部信息
2、严格依 据设计规范以及桥梁博士使用说明,通过桥梁博士软件计算,可以得到结构各个单元的 内力与位移,从而计算桥梁支座及跨中的剪力和弯矩。内力计算完毕后,估算结构配筋 面积,本结构为部分预应力结构,预应力钢筋、普通钢筋都需考虑。通过桥梁博士计算 流程,容易得到各个单元截面所需的配筋面积,依据输出的配筋面积可以初步拟定预应 力钢束的编束根数与束数。最后把初步拟定的钢束信息输入桥梁博士中,进行结构安全 验算,通过桥梁博士软件图文并茂的显示,很容易得到结构安全验算的结果。结构安全 验算是个细部工作,必须通过多次验算才能得到理想结果,经过多次调节各号钢束的编 束根数与束数以及加配普通钢筋,最终使得结构安全
