1、 I 摘摘 要要 自助型多功能病床是一种针对危重病人和瘫痪病人的特殊需要而设计的，能随意 调节床的背部和脚部的角度。即使不能自理者，护理人员也可通过床边的控制器进行 操作，减少照顾病、残患者的劳动强度。 本文详细论述了针对缺乏自理能力的老年人及行动不便的病人设计的多功能护 理床的基本结构和功能原理。该病床能够帮助病人实现坐起、屈膝、翻身、排便及吃 饭，解决了护理病人过程中的诸多不便，进而增强了我国护理业服务，有力地促进了 我国的医疗保健事业的发展。该设计对病床的各项功能进行了结构设计、原理分析、 零件尺寸计算及强度较核，基本上实现了各个装置的正常运行。 关键词关键词：多功能病床；设计；校核 I
