2、前的超声波除垢己经得到了广 泛的认可,并己在石油、电力等工业领域得到应用,现正向人们息息相关的生 活领域拓展,超声波除垢已经成为超声的一项重要技术。 文中首先对超声波除垢技术的基本原理和现阶段的研究情况进行了简单的 介绍,分析了它的发展趋势。针对传统的除垢方法不能在线除垢的问题,提出 了一种具有在线除垢特点的超声波除垢器。本设计是以STC12C2052AD单片机 为核心控制器,通过SG3525控制IGBT开关来驱动超声波振荡器以达到在线除 垢;本文从控制超声波振荡系统的角度出发,对超声波发生器工作原理,硬件 电路部分及软件部分进行了解释和分析。 关键词关键词 超声波;单片机;除垢 xx大学学士

4、eline scaling generally exists.It seriously influences product process,wastes energy,and brings the pipeline discards.The cost of chemistry guarding against the scale is high,and it needs lots of labors,causes serious pollution.In recent years the people unceasingly were exploring physics method to

Ultrasonic eliminating scale apparatus uses physical property of ultrasonic wave in spreading process, changing water physical structure to eliminating scale.
