2、 世纪 60 年代以来,随着计算 机和信息技术的飞速发展,数字信号处理技术应运而生并得到迅速的发展。传 感器数字信号处理是利用传感器对模拟信号或数字信号进行采集并把其转换成 计算机可识别的电信号,并利用计算机对信号进行处理以达到计算机辅助控制 或是计算机自动控制的目的。 本文从数据处理的基本理论出发,通过分析1 个计数误差的来源,介绍 了多周期同步等精度测频法,提出以高性能数字信号处理器为基础的硬件实现 框架,并详细介绍了硬件实现的各个部分以及各个模块之间的接口,包括芯片 选用、硬件连接和软件编程。介绍了误差的来源及结果精度分析。 关键词关键词 准数字信号准数字信号;数字频率计数字频率计;同步
