2、物流管理的重要组成部分， 而国内外关于配送的研究大多集中在配送中心选址、配送路径规划、库存管理、分拣路 径以及管理信息系统等方面，对肉牛企业配送模式的研究相对缺乏。基于此，本文选取 肉牛企业的物流配送模式进行研究。 xx 是目前典型化的集供应、生产、销售为一体的肉牛企业，xx 物流配送为例，旨 在探寻适合我国肉牛企业发展的物流配送模式， 通过企业整体发展概况和物流配送管理 现状，指出了 xx 现阶段采用的物流配送模式存在的问题，通过对其原因进行分析后， 提出了相应配送模式的改进方案和实施的保障措施，希望能为我国其他肉牛企业配送模 式的改进提供参考。 关键词：配送；配送模式；肉牛企业 肥牛牛业物

Beef cattle industry development in our country is now in a critical transitional period of strategic opportunities with good political， economic， and production base. It has a huge development space and potential. Distribution
5、 is an important part of logistics management in the beef cattle enterprises， it is very important to sustain the normal operation of beef cattle industrial chain. But the logistics distribution system of our country has not keep up with the development of the market demand of beef cattle industry.
6、The lack for the study of the theory of the logistics distribution modes of the development in the beef cattle industry makes the distribution become a bottleneck which restricts the development of beef cattle enterprise. The purpose of this paper is to explore suitable logistics distribution mode which is suitable for the development of Chinas beef cattle enterprise.
