2、治理措施被直接排放，环境污染严重。在国家走可持续发展的 线路下，环境保护问题已被全国人名和各级政府加以重视，环境污染日趋严重， 加大城市生活污水治理力度势在必行。 本设计日处理量为 15 万吨，排水要求按照城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标 准（GB18918-2002）中的一级 A 标准进行设计的。主要采用的工艺是 CASS 工艺， CASS 工艺是周期循环曝气污泥法。CASS 工艺拥有占地面积小，操作和 管理简单，日常维护容易，工艺比较成熟而且工艺流程简单，出水水质好，具有 很好的脱氮除磷效果的特点。由于 CASS 工艺技术成熟，目前已被大量的广泛使 用，回馈处理效果很好。且该工艺具有良好的经济，
3、环境和社会效益。 对工艺流程中各单体构筑物进行了设计计算， 绘制了污水处理厂的平面布置 图和高程布置图以及主要构筑物的 CAD 图纸等。对工厂的投资进行了估算，对 处理成本进行了核算。 关键词关键词：污水处理厂； CASS 工艺； 脱氮除磷；初步设计 III ABSTRACT With the rapid development of industrial and agricultural production and improve living standards, water stress and sewage disposal problems have become increasi
4、ngly prominent. At present, most cities directly discharge sewage without taking proper control measures, which result environmental pollution. Taking account of sustainable development, our country and people pay attention to environmental protection. So it is necessary to develop the urban sewage
5、treatment. The treatment scale of sewage is 150000m3/d in the paper. The effluent quality carries out A standard of integrated wastewater discharge standard（GB18918-2002）. This design process is cyclic activated sludge system(CASS). The CASS process has a lot of advantages, such as easy management,
6、flexible operational ways, good disposed effect, and good nitrogen removal effect. It is suitable for small and mid-scale municipal wastewater treatment plants because of its low investment and operational cost .The processing has been successfully applied for actual engineering practice, and has good economic,environmental and social efficiency.
