1、 I 摘要摘要 双离合器自动变速器(DSG-Direct Shift Gearbox 又称 DCT-Dual Clutch Transmissions)是汽车自动变速器领域的一种新型自动变速器。DSG 结合 了手动变速器(MT-Manual Transmission)和传统液力机械自动变速器 (AT-Automatic Transmission)的优点,而且能够实现不切断动力的情况下 转换传动比,减少了换挡时间,提高了换挡品质。DSG 车辆具备与 AT 车 辆一样的驾驶方便性和舒适性,同时拥有比 AT 车辆好得多的燃油经济性。 另外,由于 DSG 与 MT 拥有相似的结构和零部件,具有 MT
2、变速器生产条 件的继承性,从而使 DSG 的制造成本降低。因此,近年来 DSG 已经成为 了汽车业界研究开发的新热点。 本论文以自动变速器为研究对象,主要研究内容包括: (1)通过对双离合器自动变速器的结构原理和双离合器动力传递机 理的分析,确定本论文的研究对象湿式双离合器自动变速传动系统的结 构形式; (2)通过对双离合器式自动变速器液压系统控制原理的分析,利用液 压仿真软件 AMESim 对其液压控制系统中主要压力控制滑阀进行了建模仿 真; (3)详细分析了 DSG 换挡的过渡过程,应用 Matlab-Simulink 建立双 离合器动力传动系统动态模型,给出了仿真结果。 关键词关键词:双

In comparison with AT, vehicles with DSG have the same performance in convenience and driving comfort, but more excellent in fuel economy. In addition, DSG is l

Due to its advantages, DSG has attracted extensive development interests in the automotive industry in recent years. In this paper, the research object was focused on the synchronizer of a Dual-clutch automatic trans
6、mission. The main research work is as follows: (1) Through analyzing configuration principle and power transmission mechanism, decide the papers research object, wet DCT is fixed. (2) The hydraulic circuit of dual clutch transmission hydraulic system is introduced;also the working principle of the hydraulic system is deduced. AME Sim is used to model and simulate the hydraulic system. (3) Though analyze the reason of shift shock and factors that influence the shift quality .Based on compreh
