1、 20t桥式起重机设计 I 摘 要 桥式起重机是横架于车间、仓库和料场上空进行物料吊运的起重设备。它是使用 范围最广、数量最多的一种起重机械。桥式起重机由桥架、小车运行机构、大车运行 机构和电气设备构成。起升机构滑轮组采用双联滑轮组，重物在升降过程中没有水平 移动，起升过程平稳，且钢丝绳的安装和更换容易。在起升机构中还涉及到钢丝绳、 吊钩，减速器、联轴器、电动机和制动器的选择等。小车运行机构中涉及小车轮压计 算、减速器、联轴器、电动机和制动器的选择计算等。小车上装有起升机构和运行机 构，可以带着吊起的物品沿桥架上的轨道运行。于是桥架的前后运行和小车沿桥架的 运行以及起升机构的升降动作，三者所构
