2、中非常重要，故本次毕业设计以 xx 园三期综合楼工程为编 制实例，采用工程量清单计价模式进行工程量清单编制和投标报价，设计的任务是工程量 清单的编制，其核心部分与首要工作是工程量的计算，在设计过程中，以辽宁省建设工 程计价定额 、 建设工程工程量清单计价规范(GB50500-2008)为依据。本文的主要部分 为编制工程量清单，对分部分项工程量清单，措施项目清单和其他项目清单依次编制，对 其他项目中的暂列金额，暂估价，计日工等进行列项。依据毕业设计指导书的要求， 0.00 以下部分采用手工计算工程量，其他部分则采用广联达软件算量并进行投标报价。在投标 报价的过程中，运用的是综合单价分析法，并进行
3、资源单价构成分析和综合单价分析。规 费和税金的报价则严格按照相关部门的规定费率记取，从而形成总的投标报价。总造价为 11579688 元，单方造价为 1334 元/m2。最后对工程的各项指标与同类工程进行对比分析， 论述本工程的合理性与真实性，形成完整的毕业设计，使其成为一份具体而且与实际相联 系的工程量清单及投标报价。 关键词：工程量清单；投标报价；综合单价；工程造价 Abstract Along with the continuous deepening of the reform of market economic system, the construction market gra
