1、 I 摘摘 要要 自动垂直钻井系统 AADDS 通过控制均匀分布在与钻杆相连的导向套内的三个液压纠斜 集成块的协调动作来实现主动纠斜。液压纠斜集成块由单柱塞泵、电磁阀、纠斜液压缸以 及浮动油箱等构成。在井下,纠斜集成块需承受高温、高压、强震等复杂恶劣环境,使 得纠斜集成块液压系统在井下与地面上的工作特性可能会有很大差异。因此对纠斜集成块 液压系统在井下恶劣环境下的工作特性研究,对于保证纠斜集成块在井下的可靠工作具有 实际工程意义。 本文主要是对以前的井下高压环境模拟试验台系统的改进。为了能掌握在高温高压下 纠斜集成块性能的一些参数,现已研发出一套超深井井下高压环境模拟试验台,但是在实 际的实验
2、中发现,整个试验台占地空间太大,且不方便实验的操作,同时液压动力源的设 计也有不合理之处,因此需要对其进行改进。此次设计主要是对原实验台的液压泵站进行 改造,即将原来两个分离的液压泵站合并成一个完整的泵站。改造后的泵站除了结构更加 紧凑外, 还实现了高低压泵互补, 即减少了给高压油缸供油时间又能保证所需的实验压力。 论文首先根据系统要求设计了液压原理图,并通过计算确定各元件选型;其次对液压泵站 上的阀块进行设计,包括两个阀块的装配图和零件加工图;最后是系统的装配图的绘制。 关键词:关键词: 自动垂直钻井系统; 高压试验台; 液压泵站; 高压液压元件 II Abstract Automatic
