1、 xx大学学士学位论文 - I - 基于单片机的基于单片机的 LCD 驱动接口设计驱动接口设计 摘要摘要 液晶显示技术是现代电子技术的一种高新技术产物。随着世界消费电子产 品制造业的不断升级,类似手机、数码相机、PDA、GPS、电子游戏机、MP3 播放器、PMP 等设备对显示器性能要求也越来越高,液晶显示则成为了首选, 产品产量也迅速增加。液晶显示器具有厚度薄、适于大规模集成电路直接驱 动、易于实现全彩色显示的特点。液晶显示的原理是利用液晶的物理特性,通 过电压对其显示区域进行控制,有电就显示黑色,这样就可以显示出图形。 随着 3G 时代的即将到来,LCD 与消费性电子产品的结合会越来越紧密,
2、 那么,LCD 的驱动技术也将是一个值得大家讨论和关系的话题。结合科技发展 的趋势与个人的技术能力,本设计采用台湾凌阳科技有限公司推出的 16 位单片 机作为主控制模块和 GPG12063YS3 LCD 模块,运用 COG 技术将 SPLC501A 驱动控制芯片内嵌在 LCD 玻璃上,完成集行、列驱动器和控制器于一体的液晶 显示模组。SPLC501A 单芯片液晶驱动可以直接与其他微控制器接口总线相 连,微控制器可以将显示数据通过 8 位数据总线或者串行接口写到 SPLC501A 的显存中,实现字符、汉字、图形等的显示。 关键词 单片机;LCD;显示驱动 xx大学学士学位论文 - II - Ba
