2、 那么，LCD 的驱动技术也将是一个值得大家讨论和关系的话题。结合科技发展 的趋势与个人的技术能力，本设计采用台湾凌阳科技有限公司推出的 16 位单片 机作为主控制模块和 GPG12063YS3 LCD 模块，运用 COG 技术将 SPLC501A 驱动控制芯片内嵌在 LCD 玻璃上，完成集行、列驱动器和控制器于一体的液晶 显示模组。SPLC501A 单芯片液晶驱动可以直接与其他微控制器接口总线相 连，微控制器可以将显示数据通过 8 位数据总线或者串行接口写到 SPLC501A 的显存中，实现字符、汉字、图形等的显示。 关键词 单片机；LCD；显示驱动 xx大学学士学位论文 - II - Ba
