2、，适用于单间小 批量生产。 在这个设计过程中,我们还必须考虑工件的安装和夹紧.安装的正确与否直 接影响工件加工精度,安装是否方便和迅速,又会影响辅助时间的长短,从而影响 生产率。这是整个设计的重点,也是一个难点。 在设计这个课题的过程中， 根据生产实际， 进行调查研究， 制定合理的方案， 依据方案再具体设计。 关键词：机床托架；加工工艺；夹具；设计 ABSTRACT This topic studies the CA6140 lathe the bracket processing technological process. Moreover, we know that the confirming of technological line and finishing allowance must based on the machine tool. During the designing we still need to consider the install and fa
6、stening motion of workpiece. Because the rightness install will affect the workpieces accuracy and working hours. All in all, it is both important and difficult point of this design. When designing this topic, penetrates the production reality, conducts the investigation and study, formulates the reasonable design proposal, is carrying on the concrete designing .
