3、 地区 城 墙 、护城 河 保 存 较好 的 一 座 明 清 时 期 的 古 城 。 过 去 ， 永 年 古 城 一 直 未 受 到 有 关 部 门 的 重 视 ， 因 而 遭 受 到 了 一 定 程 度 的 破 坏 ， 随 着 旅 游 热 潮 的 掀 起 ， 相 关 部 门 开 始 重 视 永 年 古 城 ， 并 展 开 一 系 列 开 发 工 作 。 本 文 对 永 年 古 城 的 保 护 与 开 发 现 状 进 行 了 调 查 分 析 ， 阐 述 了 现 阶 段 古 城 在 保 护 与 开 发 过 程 中 存 在 的 问 题 ， 并 提 出 了 一 系 列 保 护 与 开 发 建 议 ，
