2、CAD2006 软件进行注塑模结构设计与计算并绘制出模具总装图以及主要零件图的绘制。 并确保模具结构的可靠性、合理性、实用性。 关键词 台灯底座； 模具设计； ABS 塑料； UG； Abstract This text mainly introduced the injection mold design of the table lamp base. the table lamp base was one plastic subassembly of table lamp. Its material was ABS plastics. According to the fashioned
3、processing property of ABS and the operating requirement of the product, the product was proceed detailed technical analysis. Through the products size and the conclusion of technical analysis. choose the favorable parting plane and designed the modeling part, runner system , pullout institution and
4、 reset institution. In the end I completed designing the assemble diagram and the major pa rts diagram and made sure the credibility, rationality, and the function of the molding tool structure. In addition. The article also details the lamp base plastics mold design principles, forming part of the
5、calculation process and its mould works. Finally the application in the design process, UG Auto CAD2006 software for the structural design of the injection molding and calculates and draws out the mould assembly diagrams, and drawing of the main parts.
