1、 I 毕业设计(论文)任务书毕业设计(论文)任务书 摘要摘要 按键导板为家用电器上的常规原件,其作用是连接按块与电路触点,为非外观 件,仅需具有适当的外观质量即可。但需具有合理的强度和刚度,具有一定的抗冲击 能力。由于按键导板需要与其他零件装配,因此要求具有合理的尺寸精度、装配精 度。同时要求注射操作简便易行,模具更换方便,周期短,注射成型过程可完全自动 化,生产效率高,经济效益好。 设计过程中主要完成的工作有拟定模具整体结构、选择合理的注塑机、完成浇注 系统、抽芯机构、导柱导向机构、脱模机构以及冷却系统等。完成了型腔和型芯工作 尺寸的计算,侧抽芯机构的相关计算和顶出机构的相关计算,以保证模具
2、的生产安全 和生产质量。最后绘制出模具的总装图。 在本套模具的设计过程中,有二个难点值得注意:一是侧向成型装置,本塑件上 有侧凹结构,其脱模方向与分型方向不一致,故采用斜滑块侧向分型;二是抽芯机构 结构的设置,该模具成型的塑件下侧有小挂钩,采用斜导柱侧向抽芯,其斜导柱固定 在定模、侧滑块型芯安装在动模的侧向抽芯。该模具采用了四个方向同时抽芯的结 构,斜导柱固定在推件板内,4 个侧滑块型芯安装在动摸板内。为防止模具分开时侧滑 块型芯产生侧向位移,模具设置了四个限位螺钉来限制型芯的移动。模具采用了在塑 件顶部直接进料的浇注系统。 设计过程中将灵活利用大学中所学的基础知识以及专业课知识,理论联系实际
