1、 毕毕 业业 论论 文文 题 目 我国果蔬冷链物流研究 摘 要 民以食为天，随着人们生活水平、消费水平的日渐发展与提升，瓜果蔬菜已经几乎 成为人们日常餐桌上必不可少的食品，能否保证每日瓜果蔬菜的新鲜和其食品安全性等问 题成为人们关心的话题之一。现实的实践使我们知道落后的果蔬冷链物流将不仅会造成巨 大的经济损失，而且对人们的饮食安全也构成重要的威胁。故而，我国果蔬冷链物流工程 的构建与发展就凸现的尤为重要。 本文运用 SWOT 分析方法，通过对我国果蔬冷链物流现状的分析，明确其发展面临的 诸多问题，如冷链上下游产业链缺乏整体规划、技术和配套设施设备落后等。然后在借鉴 国外发达国家的冷链物流发展经
