1、 成型磨齿分度机构分析研究及机构设计 Research and design of tooth indexing mechanism of forming grinding 摘摘 要要 随着各种机械精度和功率的不断提高,高速、重载、高精度、硬齿面齿轮的 使用越来越普遍,特别是随着火车、 汽车等交通工具的提速,齿轮的加工精度直接 影响到机械传动性能的提高。 国际上, 动力传动齿轮装置正沿着小型化、 高速化、 低噪声、高可靠性方向发展。为提高齿轮传动的承载能力,硬齿面齿轮设计制造 技术,日益受到普遍的关注。磨齿是齿轮精加工的方法之一,磨齿精度直接取决 于磨齿机的精度。磨齿加工的优点在于主要用来磨削
2、淬硬齿轮,并且能纠正齿轮 预加工的各项误差,可以获得很高的齿轮精度。 影响磨齿精度的因素很多,如展成 运动精度、 分齿精度、 砂轮质量、 磨削吃刀量等,其中又以分齿精度的影响最大。 所以,提高磨齿机的分齿精度是提高磨齿机加工质量的关键。 本文主要从成形磨以及分度机构两方面进行研究学习, 并且对齿轮的材料的 选择以及热处理等方面进行了学习分析,在学习分度机构的过程中,对于各种分 度机构的结构、应用以及原理有了大概的了解,着重学习了端齿盘分度机构、以 及万能分度头。最后根据所学知识,设计了一个简单的端齿盘分度机构,其中包 括重要参数的确定,基本的结构等。 关键词:关键词:成形磨,分度装置,端齿盘,
