2、艺分析及计算。主要包括对冲压件的工艺分析, 确定冲压件生产的工艺方案,确定模具类型及结构形式,选择冲压设备,绘制模具装配图 和零件图等。通过查文献资料学会合理地选择模具结构,正确地确定模具工作零件的结构 形状、尺寸及其技术要求,使设计的模具制造工艺性良好,价格便宜,充分利用冲压成型 的特点,设计制造出能优质、安全、高效生产地,使用寿命长地模具,尽量减少后续加工。 关键词:冲压技术;冲压模具;工艺分析;高效生产 II DESIGN OF STAMPING DIE FOR COVER Abstract Stamping technology began in the 18th century to

As technology continues to progress, as well as the needs of volume production, the re-stamping technology continu
4、es to improve, its development and progress is much more rapidly than the past. The main contents of this paper is to build a cover stamping die process. By understanding stamping technology, applications, structural shapes for stamping, batch size and accuracy requirements, the necessary process an
5、alysis and calculation. Mainly including stamping process analysis, determining the production process stamping program, determining the type of mold and structural forms, selecting stamping equipment, drawing mold assembly drawing and parts diagrams and so on. Learn to choose the mold structure rat
6、ionally by checking literature, and determine the shape, size and technical requirements of the working parts of the mold correctly. To make the designed mold manufacturing process well and the price being cheap. Making full use of the characteristics of metal forming to design and manufacture the production of good quality, safely and efficiently, using the long life mold and try to minimize subsequent processing.
