1、 毕业论文(设计) 论文题目:弹性伸缩器底座零件加工模具设计 (英文):The elastic telescopic device base parts processing, mold design 摘要 本文主要分析了弹性伸缩器底座的成形工艺,介绍了冲孔落料级进模和弯曲模 的排样设计和工艺方案的选择,从而设计出合理的模具结构。经过对弹性伸缩器底座 零件成形工艺分析、工艺参数的制定、参数及相关尺寸的计算,完成了模具结构设计 及成型设备的选用。该设计模具工作性能良好,冲件的质量高,符合零件设计的要求。 并用 CAD和 Proe绘制出了模具装配图和零件图的三维图和平面图。 设计中首先要完成对零件
2、进行工艺分析。拟定几种可能的工艺方案并作对比,选 出最合适的工艺方案,完成板料的排样设计,并计算出总冲裁力和压力中心,并以此 选出合适的压力机。最后对模具零部件进行详细设计,完成模具的装配和检测校核。 通过以上流程使我对零件冲压工艺方案的制定、工艺计算及模具设计有更深层次的认 识,综合素质能力得到很大提高。 关键词:冲孔;落料;弯曲;级进模 Abstract This paper analyzes the elastic expansion joints base forming process, blanking, punching-level progressive die and fle
