2、 传动的设计计算,再到齿轮的设计计算以及轴的设计计算,最后根据所选齿轮以及轴的 尺寸根据相关标准完成箱体的设计以及其它相关零部件的选择。本次设计最主要的也是 最核心的部分是齿轮传动部分的选择计算以及各齿轮轴的设计计算与校核,在这次设计 中选用的是斜齿轮,之所以选用斜齿轮主要是为了保证传动的稳定性以及利用两副齿轮 正反装的关系相互抵消部分轴向力,剩余轴向力通过选择合适轴承来抵消,在这次设计 中主要选用的是圆锥滚子轴承。此次设计的另一亮点在于利用计算机代替传统的人工计 算,主要用到的软件是 Solidworks,该软件的主要用来完成三维实体的造型,然后通过 爆炸视图更加清晰的表达该装置的结构原理,
