2、时 首先根据用户和维护人员反馈信息，大致确定需要增加站点的数量和站址，还可通过 用户申告、日常通信测试和系统测试等信息完善问题的采集，了解用户对网络的意见 及当前网络存在的缺陷，收集网络运行的数据；然后对收集的数据进行分析及处理， 找出问题发生的根源；根据数据分析处理的结果制定移动基站建设方案，并对移动网 络进行系统调整。调整后再对系统进行信息收集，确定新的建设目标，使移动通信网 络进一步完善。 本论文主要介绍以移动基站建设为核心通信网络来讨论移动积攒建设过程、建设 内容、建设措施。通过对移动基站的建设与实现的研究，充分体现了移动通信网络必 要性和重要性，本文的特色在于通过用户的反映和通信的发
