2、计 防火规范。教学楼在建筑设计时力求体形简洁明快，外立面主要处理好入口 、窗型 及外墙涂料色彩的对比 ，满足中小型教学楼建筑的设计原则：使用、经济、美观。 在结构设计方面该综合楼采用现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构，墙体均为非承重墙（楼 梯间除外） ；楼梯采用现浇混凝土板式楼梯；基础采用独立基础。 关键词： 教学楼；建筑设计；结构设计。 ABSTRACT The graduation design issues are The Qingdao Technical College building.
