1、 大名县兴安小区-2#楼施工组织设计 2013 年 5 月 29 日 I 摘要 本施工组织设计系大名县兴安小区-2#楼施工组织设计。该工程地下一层，地上十一层，含 一层架空层，采用剪力墙结构，总建筑面积为：10403.55m 2，主体建筑高度 31.65m。 该设计依据其施工组织总设计及建筑安装企业年度施工技术财务计划，确定了管理组织机 构。参照建筑总平面图，工艺设备布置图及补充勘察资料，做出施工平面布置。并参考施工手册、 技术验收规范和上级指示等确定了施工顺序、施工流向，拟定了各分部分项工程的施工方案及技 术措施。根据工程量及施工定额安排了进度计划和劳动力、机具、材料、构件与半成品的供应，
2、合理划分了施工段，并对道路、场地利用、水电能源保证等现场设施的布置和建设做出规划，把 设计和施工、技术和经济、前方和后方、企业的全局活动和工程的施工组织，把施工中各部门、 各单位、各阶段以及各项目之间的关系协调起来，使施工建立在科学合理的基础上，从而做到人 尽其力，物尽其用，优质、低耗、高速地取得最好的经济效益和社会效益。 本施工组织设计将逐步介绍工程的概况、总体施工部署、施工前的准备工作；重点介绍各分 部分项工程的施工方案，包括具体的准备工作、施工机具、工艺流程及要点、技术保证措施成品 保护及质量标准等；对关键特殊部位施工做了较为详尽的介绍，并对冬雨期施工做出部署，还介 绍了施工的总体技术、
