2、6 发题时间： 年 月 日 指导教师：指导教师： （签名） 学学 生：生： （签名） -III- 摘摘 要要 随着社会的进步和科学技术的不断发展， 人们物质文化生活的需要也日益增 加，人们对环境的要求也越来越高了。因此，环境问题成了人们关注的焦点，空 气土壤和水成为了重点污染对象， 如何治理就成为新世纪接班人所要面对的首要 问题。 作为一名环境工程本科毕业生，应以治理环境，改善水体水质为己任，认真 学习本科生的课程，在指导教师的指导下完成毕业设计，为将来的学习工作打下 扎实的基础，争取在将来为解决水污染问题贡献自己的一份力量。 醴陵市人口众多，属水资源丰富的地区之一。随着工业生产的发展和人民生
3、 活水平的提高，水质性水资源短缺问题尤为突出。由于该市排水系统很不完善， 大量的城市污水、工业废水无法及时处理，是水体受到严重的污染，当地自然环 境正受到严重的威胁，并且已经影响到经济的发展和人民正常生活。建设排水工 程已成为迫在眉睫的大事。 基于上述原因，本设计在充分调研该市水文地质、受纳水体水质资料、人口 分布和气象条件的情况下， 对包括排水管网和污水处理厂的整套排水设施进行设 计。其中，对进水水质、出水水质进行分析，污水处理厂一级、以及以 DE 型氧 化沟法为主体的二级处理工艺流程的选择给予说明， 对具体污水及污泥构筑物结 构进行了详细计算。本文将技术经济分析评价贯穿于设计的全过程，力求
