2、于发展较晚尚处于起步起阶 段，动漫水平仍处于比较低端的水平，其中最令人担忧的是动漫原创人才的缺乏，在一定 的程度上制约我国动漫发展，很难以与国际先进国家相对比。虽然我国的动漫产量可观， 但是精品之作却如凤毛麟角。我国的动漫要想从低级走向高级、从幼稚走向成熟，打造高 端品牌才是第一位。其次高端的动漫必须具有较强的市场竞争力。打造市场竞争力的关键 就是人才，何培养动漫人才，提高动漫队伍水平，成为当下发展动漫产业尤为紧要的任务。 因此动漫人才的培养是推动动漫产业快速良好发展的必然选择。本文主要从我国的动漫产 业、人才市场 、教育现状等几个发面来探讨分析先现有的问题。 关键词： 动漫产业 人才培养 需
